The location was acceptable. It is near khao san road.

My room lacked proper soundproofing. I could hear a loud noise every night, it seemed to be a water pump. the noise made sleep difficult. The hotel should address this issue.

the location was convenient , near many shops and restaurants. taxis and tuk tuks were readily available. khao san road was just around the corner, and i found many dining and massage options nearby. the hotel provided a free luggage room , which i found quite useful.

the room had slightly limited natural light , which i noticed upon arrival.

The staff was very cute upon my midnight arrival. The rooms are clean and the beds felt super comfortable, especially the great pillows! I enjoyed fantastic food in the morning.. the coffee was really tasty.

The staff was very kind and made check-in and check-out easy. I stored my luggage the entire day without issues. The room was clean and included all necessary amenities such as fresh towels, and a working air conditioner.

The walls seemed quite thin. I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms, a slight distraction during the night.
